Mark brings decades of professional wellness experience to the retreat as a Body Control Pilates Master Teacher, Craniosacral Therapist, Sports Therapist, and Oncology Massage Specialist. His approach to healing blends knowledge, intuition, and compassion, offering guests a truly personalized path to wellness.
Andy, once a corporate project manager, now brings his passion for hospitality and local culture to every guest experience. He ensures your stay is seamless and memorable — from check-in to your final morning coffee.
Together, we’ve created a space that reflects our shared ethos: wellness, sustainability, and heartfelt Welsh hospitality.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We’ll do our best to accommodate early or late requests whenever possible for a small additional charge.
Treatments and Pilates sessions are optional add-ons, bookable in advance or during your stay, depending on availability.
Yes — sustainability is one of our core values. We use solar power, harvest rainwater, and source locally wherever possible.
